The festival asked for beauty. We answered with its final act.

The film
A reality-TV finale, shot in the exact codes of today’s competition shows: two finalists apply the last touches to their models, an eccentric host works the room, three judges deliberate. Only close-ups, skin, powder, cream. Then the reveal: each trolley carries a carefully made-up corpse, and the trophy crowns the best mortician of 2026.

The point
A satire of entertainment’s escalating absurdity, where formats keep pushing further and nothing shocks anymore, and at the same time, a sincere look at the last gesture of beauty we offer the dead.
